Victory In Court

In December 2013 at Chelmsford Court judge newton followed in the footsteps of Lord Justice Munby ( The High Court ) and Judge Moloney (Soutthend) by ruling in my favour.
I could not appear in person as at the time I was in Basildon Hospital on a life support machine and in a coma.
But such was the strength of my argument I still won the case.
As I wrote in my statement:
"Writing my autobiography without mentioning every detail about my marriage and divorce would be like Sir Geoff Hurst writing his and not mentioning his World Cup Final hat-trick"
A lovely turn of phrase I thought and the Judge agreed.
I wish I`d been able to say it in person but at the time our wonderful NHS was battling to keep me alive.
One of the first things I remember hearing after coming out of my 29 day coma was my Sam saying "Dad I`ve got a message from Sue.
She told me to tell you we`ve won".
Such was my medical condition it was quite a few days before I fully understood what he meant.
I had forgotten all about the Court Hearing but as my memory slowly returned I decided that even if it killed me I`d write my autobiography.
Dead men cant talk so had to write it before I died.
Part 1 `Punk Rock Stories And Tabloid Tales` has already been published (available at Amazon, WHSmith, Waterstones and Foyles) and Part 2 will follow in October.
The first draft has already been written with extracts on this Blog and the finished version will be published in October.
Dead or alive the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth will be published. Re-writes are a chore but have to be done as every Chapter can be improved.
I have already changed the title from the optimistic `A Father & Daughter`(Re-united) to Marriage And Divorce (1989-2018).

LORD JUSTICE MUNBY LETTER
A copy of the legal letter from The High Court that led to Essex Social Services being ordered to handover all the files.
A man from Essex County Council arrived on my doorstep with 6 folders containing almost 3000 pages of documents.
Timed and dated paperwork that confirmed 100 per cent that I had from Day One been telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
After this letter was written Judge Moloney sitting at Southend Court and in front of the Southend Echo newspaper ordered Essex Social Services to handover all files relating to my many court cases.

The Truth The Whole Truth And Nothing But The Truth

Anyone questioning why I`m writing Part 2 of my autobiography should consider this.
My mum visited yesterday and within a hour of arriving said:
"I`ve still not seen Lucy, its now been more then 10 years"
She then asked:
"Have any of you seen her?"
I made no comment as she already knew the answer was "No". I had not seen my daughter since she was 8-years-old.
Sam replied "only once since 2008" and Adam shook his head.
The look of sadness in my mum`s eyes as she said "I`m getting older and fear I`ll never see my grand-daughter again" has given me the energy to write on.
My illness makes it hard to concentrate but I owe it to my family to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth before its too late.
This is why FATHER AND DAUGHTER the second instalment of my life story will be extremely hard-hitting, explosive and a no-holds-barred account of my marriage and divorce.
I will reveal every dark secret and let all the skeletons out of the closet.
As James Cagney famously said in the movie White Heat "I`m doing it for you Ma"
Punk Rock Stories And Tabloid Tales was mostly about my `showbiz career` and Serial Killer was inspired by a true story.

I will reveal how the taylor family aided and abetted by ginger bow-wow prevost protected the self-confessed child abusing boyfriend of my ex-wife but denied my mother access to her grand-daughter.
The taylor family and my ex-wife never liked my mum and revelled in the power they now had over her.
For 15 years they`d disliked my mum for being Irish and been jealous of her wealth.
Now was their moment to take control.
My mum was told "you can only see Lucy under strict supervision" adding "we will sit in on all meetings".
The gloating bullies knew my mum would never agree to that. Who would?
The taylor family were low-life and happy for my daughter to sleep under the same roof as the perverted boyfriend of their daughter.
A pervert who admitted to the police "Yes I did say to Sam and Adam that I took pornographic pictures of Julie and her daughter"
Adding:
"I did say to Sam `I`m fucking your mum and your sister is here taking pictures`".
He admitted his vile behaviour and it`s been recognised as fact at Chelmsford Court and The High Court in London.
The records show that my ex-wife refused to press charges against her lover. Instead she chose to protect her boyfriend and call her sons "lying little shits".
It took her 3 years to admit to Essex Social Worker peter brown "I did know what richard said to the boys, both Sam and Adam were telling the truth"
I have her confession in a Social Services document.

I replied: "Of course I do I was married to her for 15 years"
Adding:
"But those pictures have nothing to do with me".
My ex-wife was so obsessed with setting me up and protecting her perverted boyfriend she had no shame.
She was perfectly happy for total strangers to see photos of her wearing nothing but black stockings and a smile.
I was more sad than I was angry about her false allegations.
Living with a former pimp who abused young children had messed with her head and destroyed her moral compass.
After the interview the Police examined my computer and 2 laptops.
As the Legal Letter (printed above) confirms I was found "not guilty" of every allegation.
On the advice of my solicitor I made a complaint to the police.
I had a face-to-face meeting with the local superintendent who apologised for my house being surrounded by a dozen of his officers.
Also an apology for being handcuffed and dragged into the street in front of my sons.
He assured me it would not happen again saying:
"If Mrs Johnson makes anymore complaints we will phone you first and ask if its okay to call round at a time of your choice"
My Legal representatives were happy with this outcome so we withdrew the complaint.
The Police as with Social Services, The Criminal Mental Health Team and the Courts had now seen through the lies of my ex-wife.
It was official.
I was not and never had been mentally ill.
I gave my story to Gingerbread the charity for single parents.
I contacted Mumsnet after they printed untrue comments about me and sent official documents that confirmed my honesty.
I fought with every fibre of my being to clear my name.
As highest ranking Judge in the land told Essex Social Services at The High Court "Mr Johnson will not go away, he is like a dog with a bone".
They had a legal team in wigs and gowns and I represented myself.
It was a David and Goliath situation.
I was the Underdog and that suited me fine as all my life I have supported the underdog.
What irony?
A life-long rebel who hated authority was supported in his fight and granted justice by a Right Honourable Member of The House of Lords.
He ordered Essex Social Services to handover all my files.
At first they objected but Lord Justice Munby warned "I will not change my mind".
It was a great victory and my eldest son loved the line about me being "like a dog with a bone".

EXTRACT From part 2 of my autobiography.
I always loved films and wanted to be in the movies.
My dream was to star in one or write a blockbuster.
It`s a mighty long way from East London to Hollywood and my journey started in 1991.
I bought a video camera and my wife agreed to be my leading lady.
She was perfect as at the time she was a `dead ringer` for actress Patsy Kensit and I was a budding David Sullivan.
The West Ham Utd chairman discovered Mary Millington and became a millionaire. I was convinced I could do the same.
Julie was a better actress, twice as good-looking and as with Millington the camera loved her.

Making our first film `Saturday Night Specials` was great fun and between 1992-2004 we went onto to make 33 movies with titles like `Essex Escort` and `Basildon Babe`.
I wrote all the scripts but after a while got fed up imitating Sullivan. I`ve always had a low boredom threshold and now wanted to be the next Guy Richie.
From writing scripts for `movie shorts` I progressed to novels and co-writing the script for the movie version of SERIAL KILLER.

My novel SERIAL KILLER has been optioned for a movie and I`ve been asked to co-write the script.
This is the big one and a long way from making low-budget movies in Essex. SERIAL KILLER is being shot in Hollywood.
